Mr. Afshar currently serves on the Board of Directors for a Las Vegas based hedge fund (fund of funds).

Robert Afshar graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law.

Robert Afshar is an early and ongoing pioneer in the internet marketing and online lead generation industry. Mr. Afshar founded LeadClick Media Inc, a leading online lead generation and marketing company which provides Web-based lead generation services to the automotive, real-estate and financial services markets. Robert has served as President and CEO of LeadClick since its inception in 1999.

A 75% stake in LeadClick Media was purchased in November, 2005 by First American and First Advantage Corporation for $150,000,000.

Prior to founding LeadClick, Robert Afshar practiced corporate law in San Francisco. During his tenure as an attorney, Mr. Afshar founded and presided over Legal Resource, a popular source for online “How To” legal information. He has authored 5 books; teaching consumers how to handle routine legal matters without incurring attorneys’ fees.

Additionally, Mr. Afshar co-founded and serves on the Board of Directors of FBM Software a leading maker of internet security and Anti-Spyware applications.
